The top startups for New Nordic Leads have been selected to pitch for investors, and we’d be happy to invite you to join the final pitching sessions! Please note that different startups are pitching in both pitching sessions, and we highly recommend you to join both.

For Startups: valuation and new market entry

During the training you will know how to calculate your company valuation as well as how to prepare your CAP table and divide equity between team and investors. We will also discuss about analyzing potential target markets and market entry strategies (finding local channels, partners etc).

For Investors: step-by-step syndication process

This session will dive deep into a syndication process with case studies and an experienced lead angel’s guidance. Some of the topics covered; syndication process and term-sheet.

For Startups: the due diligence process and work life balance

We will talk about due diligence importance, process and checklist. The second part of the training will be about work life balance for an entrepreneur, how to prevent founder burnout and understand if the company needs change in leadership.

In this lead angel training session, you will gain valuable tips and tricks on trust-building communication towards, founders, syndicate members, and potential future investors.
